Is Pillowblox right for every sleeping position?
Pillowblox Original is designed primarily for side sleepers. If you mainly sleep on your back, check the height with our team first. It is not designed as a low-profile pillow for stomach sleeping.
How do I know which height I need?
The Original is 10.5 cm high. Your shoulder shape, mattress firmness and sleeping position all affect fit. If the pillow feels too low, the optional Extra Layer adds 2.5 cm, for a total of 13 cm. The Extra Layer is sold separately.
Will it feel like a fluffy hotel pillow?
Pillowblox has a structured, supportive feel. One side feels softer and the other firmer, but neither is intended to feel like a loose, deeply sinking hotel pillow. It may take time to get used to a different feel.
What does the 30-day return policy cover?
Original and Cooling pillows are eligible for return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to condition checks and approval. You arrange and pay for return shipping to Indonesia. Shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Read the full return policy before ordering.
Does it guarantee pain relief?
No. Pillowblox is a sleep-support product, not a medical treatment. It is designed to help with side-sleeping support and fit. Individual comfort and results vary.
