Pillowblox Bantal Cooling Pillow for Side Sleeper

I had pretty high hopes for this pillow because I was in a lot of pain before. I’ve got issues with my cervical nerve, and my old pillow was supposed to help with that. But the first night I used it, my neck got super stiff. I figured maybe it just needed some time, so I gave it a few weeks. My neck got a little more used to it, but some nights I’d wake up with my left arm completely numb. It would wake me up in the middle of the night or right before my alarm. Honestly, it was scary.
The last time it happened, I decided I was done. Ordered Pillowblox and I’m so glad I did. First night using it, I woke up feeling more flexible and light, kind of like how I felt back when I was a teen. A few nights in now and no more numb arm, no random wake ups, and no soreness from work.
I was planning to wait a few weeks before writing a review to see how my body would adjust, but it’s been all good since day one. Nothing negative, just keeps getting better. I love this pillow. I wake up with way more energy now. I don’t even need caffeine at work anymore. I used to feel like a zombie all morning. Now I’m fully alert and feel like myself again. Super happy I found this.

It’s only been a week, but I’m honestly amazed by this pillow. Since I’ve got it, I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. It’s definitely more than I’d usually spend on a pillow, but if it keeps working like this, it’s worth it.

For over two years I kept waking up multiple times a night with numb or tingling arms, probably from pinched nerves around my L3–L5. I was doing physical therapy three times a week and had already gone through several pillows, but nothing really helped.
I sleep on the soft side to make it feel a bit lower, and it’s been great. No more arms falling asleep in the middle of the night. It’s honestly been life-changing.
The pillow is supportive. Might not be for everyone, but for me, it’s made a huge difference. I’m seriously happy I found this.

The notsogreat:
This pillow really locks you into side sleeping, just like the name says. If you like switching to your back while sleeping, your neck and upper back might not be too happy about it.

The good stuff:
I’ve had nerve issues in my arms for over five years, and ever since I started using this pillow, it’s noticeably better. It really helps align my neck and spine, and I can tell my posture’s improved too. The cooling covers also keeps the pillow cool provided you sleep with an AC.
